The Art of Spiritual Companioning™
This workshop focuses on the skills needed to work with individuals, children, adults and groups using a holistic approach which addresses the spiritual dimension as well as the emotional, mental and physical aspects of the self. The skills involved focus on the spiritual empowerment of others using a deeply compassionate process that "listens others into their own truth."

Virtues in Recovery: 5 Strategies for Cultivating Character Strengths
This workshop is designed for people recovering from alcoholism and addiction. Designed to work in a 28-day treatment setting, this course presents the 5 strategies through the lens of healing from addiction. Each 1-hour session provides engaging activities to facilitate healing, growth and understanding. Participants will learn:
- How to overcome shame and guilt by looking for the lessons in events
- How to move towards a positive mindset and internal voice by using virtues based language
- How to set and keep boundaries to keep them safe and sober
- How to really listen to others, and how to console themselves without harmful substances
- How to develop a personal spiritual practice which is independent of any particular belief system
